Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting new construction and expansion initiatives, the remote contract Construction Project Manager will manage application and technology components for hospitals and clinics, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of software and systems while coordinating across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive projects to meet aggressive deadlines and budgets while managing project deliverables using ServiceNow PPM and Google Workspace tools
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, schedules, and communication plans, while leading project meetings and tracking resource plans
• Identify risks and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring accountability for deadlines and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies in regulatory or enterprise-level environments
• Ability to adapt quickly in a highly process-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing large teams
