Job Summary

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Construction Project Manager will provide strategic direction and oversight for a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and financial accuracy in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers while establishing performance expectations and accountability standards
• Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and addressing escalated concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Provide oversight of project performance related to scope, budget, schedule, and quality, while driving continuous improvement in project controls and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of construction management or project management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in managing multiple Project Managers and complex project portfolios
• Strong understanding of project controls, financial forecasting, and risk management
• PMP, CCM, DBIA, or similar professional certification preferred
