Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all facets of commercial real estate projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will oversee project delivery, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while interfacing directly with clients and ensuring project data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project management processes for multi-disciplined construction projects and larger programs
• Interface with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and risk management strategies
• Implement project documentation governance and track project progress, reporting status and variances

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, along with the ability to read architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet experience is beneficial
• Strong judgment skills based on analysis of multiple information sources
• Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
