Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all facets of commercial real estate projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will oversee project delivery including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while interfacing directly with clients and ensuring project data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project management processes for individual and multi-disciplined construction projects
• Interface with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and risk identification
• Develop action plans to meet project objectives, track progress, and report status and variances

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of experience and education
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet experience is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
