Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary full-time basis, the Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, coordinating with clients and contractors while developing project schedules and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management within the commercial real estate sector
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently
