Construction Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading large-scale data center projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage RFP proposal development, oversee design phases, and ensure successful project execution while engaging with customers and coordinating with subcontractors.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination
- Oversee physical construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project requirements and deliverables
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in data centers
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Construction/Engineering/Architectural degree is a plus
