Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project scope and budgets, review lease and site regulations, and maintain project files
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors, review design progress, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage bidding and awarding process, oversee construction administration, and ensure project closeout and turnover

Qualifications:

• 10-12+ years of construction management experience
• Understanding of building codes and ability to read plans
• Previous administration experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload, and work autonomously
• Ability to analyze options and apply solutions
