Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction and Facilities Project Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Track major action items and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Serve as an internal resource for projects and operational initiatives within facilities and construction teams
- Focus on organization and innovation to improve processes and create efficiencies across departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required
- High School Diploma with five years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
- Three years of experience in construction support or related fields is required
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications is required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
