Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction and Facilities Project Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track major action items and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Serve as an internal resource for projects and operational initiatives within facilities and construction teams
  • Focus on organization and innovation to improve processes and create efficiencies across departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required
  • High School Diploma with five years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of experience in construction support or related fields is required
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications is required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
