Job Summary

Supporting the Project Management team in a full-time remote capacity, the Construction Projects Coordinator will manage project documentation, assist with financial processes, and ensure smooth execution of construction projects across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting project managers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to guidelines and quality standards
  • Maintaining project documentation and files in compliance with requirements, ensuring audits at project closeout
  • Processing purchase orders and managing vendor communications to support project execution
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or real estate management in a project administration or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed corporate environment while maintaining data accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with executive-level stakeholders
  • Aptitude for navigating multiple technology platforms and learning new software applications
