Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Associate, Quality Control (1099 Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-dispatch quality control checkpoints to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Coordinate final inspections and review proof-of-work submissions for compliance with approved standards
• Track and report inspection outcomes, ensuring timely resolution of failed inspections and accountability for vendors

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in construction quality control or property management operations
• Understanding of residential construction standards and rent-ready conditions
• Ability to review and interpret proof-of-work documentation and vendor submissions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple turns simultaneously
• Experience with construction or property management platforms (SuiteSpot experience is a plus)
