Construction Quality Control Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Construction Quality Control Associate on a 1099 contractor basis, this remote position will manage post-dispatch quality control, ensuring all turns meet rent-ready standards, while coordinating inspections and vendor accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post-dispatch quality control process for construction turns, ensuring all checkpoints are completed accurately
• Track change-order submissions and communicate risks to management in real time
• Coordinate final inspections and manage outcomes, ensuring timely resolution of any failed inspections

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in construction quality control or property management operations
• Solid understanding of residential construction standards and rent-ready conditions
• Ability to review and interpret proof-of-work documentation and vendor submissions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active turns simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction or property management platforms, with SuiteSpot experience being a plus
