Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality programs on federal construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements
• Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional construction experience
• Minimum of three (3) years serving as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects
• Demonstrated experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan
• Strong knowledge of UFGS specifications and federal construction requirements
• Proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar reporting software
