Construction Schedule Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Schedule Manager (P6 Schedules) to oversee project scheduling and support project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project schedules with input from project teams
• Collect project progress and update project status while performing impact analysis for potential delays
• Analyze schedules for duration and logic issues, managing multiple or complex projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex construction projects
• Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling
• Experience using CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques is strongly preferred
