Construction Scheduler

Job Summary

To support a growing construction team, the remote Construction Scheduler will manage the development and oversight of project schedules, collaborating with project management and field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project schedules with input from project teams
• Collect project progress and update project status while performing impact analysis for potential delays
• Provide guidance to less experienced scheduling team members and analyze schedules for duration and logic issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex construction projects
• Proficiency in CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques strongly preferred
• Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and REVIT is preferred
