Construction Scheduler

Job Summary

Providing scheduling services for clients, the full-time Construction Scheduler will update and maintain construction schedules, coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs, and deliver project status reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports
• Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, ensuring integration and integrity of contractor schedules
• Perform critical path and probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience in project scheduling
• Experience with Primavera P6 and conducting critical path analysis
• Strong communication skills
