Construction Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Services Analyst (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to develop reporting structures supporting franchisee development projects
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and collaborate with the senior team on forecasting and inventory planning
• Provide guidance and support to franchisees and contractors during the FF&E procurement process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience in a construction administrative support role within a restaurant or retail chain preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in maintaining open communication with vendors and stakeholders
