Construction Services Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Construction Services Manager, the remote position will manage construction project operations, develop scopes of work and RFPs, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients in Northern Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive scopes of work and develop detailed RFPs to guide clients through construction projects
• Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, fostering long-term relationships and providing project updates

Required qualifications

• Strong background in construction management with experience in scope and RFP development
• Proven ability to manage construction documentation and oversee project compliance
• Experience in client account management and relationship building
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations
• Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
