Construction Services Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Construction Services Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee construction project administration, draft scopes of work and RFPs, and manage client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes in Northern Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive scopes of work and develop detailed RFPs for construction projects
• Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, fostering long-term relationships and providing regular updates

Required qualifications

• Strong background in construction management with experience in scope and RFP development
• Proven ability to manage construction documentation and oversee project compliance
• Experience in client account management and relationship building
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations
• Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
