Job Summary

To support a growing construction management platform, the remote Construction Specialist will oversee home turns and renovation projects, ensuring accurate scopes of work, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Review inspection data and contractor scopes for accuracy and cost competitiveness
• Develop detailed scopes of work and negotiate project pricing with vendor partners
• Monitor active projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion through effective communication and project management systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction or property management, preferably in single-family rental (SFR) projects
• Strong ability to write and negotiate detailed scopes of work and budgets
• Deep understanding of construction practices, pricing norms, and inspection procedures
• Proficiency in construction or project management software
• Exceptional communication skills for daily engagement with vendor partners and stakeholders
