Job Summary

To support a growing construction management platform, the temporary Construction Specialist will oversee home turns and renovation projects remotely, ensuring accurate scopes of work, budget adherence, and timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Review inspection data and contractor scopes for accuracy and cost competitiveness
• Develop detailed scopes of work and negotiate project pricing with vendor partners
• Monitor ongoing projects through management systems and field feedback to ensure quality and timely delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or property management, preferably in SFR turns and rehabs
• Strong ability to write and negotiate detailed scopes of work and budgets
• Deep understanding of construction practices, pricing norms, and inspection procedures
• Experience analyzing video or photo-based inspections for remote project scoping
• Proficiency in construction or project management software
