Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and mentor assistant superintendents
• Create and update construction schedules, monitor relationships, and manage jobsite logistics
• Coordinate subcontractor work scopes and lead safety program initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, preferably in core market projects
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
