Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze residential real estate construction loan applications to assess risk and creditworthiness
• Determine appropriate loan structure and terms while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to communicate lending decisions and conditions effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate underwriting, specifically in construction lending
• In-depth knowledge of construction lending fundamentals and risk management best practices
• Strong proficiency in analyzing complex financial statements and real estate schedules
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant loan origination/underwriting software
