Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Construction Underwriting Manager, responsible for leading all aspects of the construction practice countrywide.

• Direct supervision of a team of underwriters and manage all forms of HNW construction underwriting
• Drive financial growth and profit by executing underwriting strategies and managing producer relationships
• Develop and train staff for high performance, ensuring operational efficiency and effective teamwork

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Personal Lines Underwriting experience
