Job Summary

To support construction project closeout and vendor management, the remote Construction Vendor Management Coordinator will manage documentation compliance, coordinate vendor onboarding, and assist with financial administration on a long-term contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Support construction project closeout activities and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and provide ongoing support and guidance related to financial processes
  • Track key project metrics and assist in resolving vendor operational issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in construction administration, project coordination, or vendor management
  • Experience supporting financial, contract, or project closeout processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
