Job Summary

Driving strategic change across multi-disciplinary teams, the full-time remote Consult Partner Director will lead complex consulting engagements, cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients, and ensure profitable growth through effective client engagement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, serving as a trusted advisor and leading consulting initiatives
• Drive financial outcomes by managing revenue targets, margin expectations, and business development opportunities
• Lead the design and oversight of complex engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
