Job Summary

Driving strategic change for healthcare payors, the full-time remote Consult Partner - Healthcare (TX) will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, focusing on business strategy, IT modernization, and health plan ecosystem transformations while building deep client relationships and ensuring high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial outcomes by managing signings and revenue targets within the Healthcare and Payor sector
• Build and maintain relationships with health plan CXOs and lead high-impact consulting initiatives
• Oversee the design and delivery of complex payor technology engagements, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare payor business operations and core administrative processing systems
• Proven background in enterprise IT transformations, including cloud modernizations and digital health integrations
• Demonstrated success in engaging with C-suite and VP-level executives in healthcare organizations
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements in a corporate payor or health tech environment
• Strong understanding of the North Texas healthcare market and payor landscape
