Job Summary

Driving growth within a targeted portfolio of insurance accounts, the full-time remote Consult Partner - Insurance will manage complex consulting engagements, build strategic relationships with C-suite executives, and lead AI-driven transformation initiatives to modernize business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Inherit and expand a small portfolio of insurance accounts, focusing on AI transformation and modernization needs
• Engage with client CXOs to provide strategic technology advice and ensure high client satisfaction
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through consulting engagements while driving financial outcomes and maintaining profitability

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of growing accounts from a small base into significant revenue relationships
• Experience in the Specialty Insurance market, with knowledge of underwriting and policy structures
• Strong understanding of insurance core platforms and AI-driven transformation use cases
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and articulate the value of technology solutions
• Established relationships in the insurance sector that facilitate trust and credibility with clients
