Job Summary

Driving strategic change within Kyndryl's largest accounts, the full-time remote Consult Partner, Manufacturing/Energy will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, focusing on client relationship management and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor and leading C-level interactions
• Drive profitable growth by managing revenue targets, scoping engagements, and overseeing delivery of high-quality client work
• Foster talent development and innovation within the organization while aligning with Kyndryl's strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or corporate environments
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
