Consult Partner - Security & Resiliency

Job Summary

Driving strategic change within Kyndryl's largest accounts, the full-time Consult Partner - Security & Resiliency will lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex consulting engagements while fostering customer relationships at the CXO level in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial outcomes through effective management of signings, revenue targets, and backlog growth
• Build and maintain deep relationships with customer CXOs, serving as a trusted advisor and leading consulting initiatives
• Achieve operational excellence by overseeing delivery of complex engagements and ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting or corporate environments
• Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
• Experience in high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
