Job Summary

Driving strategic public sector transformations, the full-time remote Consult Partner - SLED, PA/NJ will lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering innovative technology solutions and managing complex client engagements across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with state agency leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives
• Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities aligned with state budget cycles and managing formal government solicitations
• Oversee the design and delivery of complex IT consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client missions and high technical performance

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in client relationship management within state government agencies or public sector environments
• Proven track record in leading complex IT consulting projects, including cloud migrations and infrastructure modernizations
• Direct experience with public sector procurement processes, including RFPs and cooperative purchasing vehicles
• Demonstrated financial acumen in driving revenue growth and managing engagement risks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
