Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care team, the full-time remote Consult Support Specialist will monitor multiple dashboards, address member and provider escalations, and provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and analyze data impacting department KPIs, taking corrective actions as necessary
  • Provide real-time direction to stakeholders based on circumstances relevant to KPIs
  • Document daily trends and maintain clear communication with network providers and team members
Required qualifications
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service Operations
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor when representing the organization to members and providers
