Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff I Consultant to join their team of healthcare consulting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of the client organization and conducts analysis to identify market trends impacting operations
• Actively participates and may lead project team tasks, providing and seeking feedback on deliverables
• Assists in developing presentations and facilitates client and internal team meetings while adhering to project timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of business processes and operations within the healthcare industry
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle is preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus
