Job Summary

Partnering across business lines and corporate functions, the contract Consultant will provide enterprise-wide communications leadership to support organizational change and enable leaders during transitions, with a flexible work-from-home arrangement based in Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver clear, consistent communications to support enterprise and regional transformation initiatives
• Develop tailored communications materials, including toolkits and talking points, for leadership and teams
• Manage the global transformation communications workplan, tracking deliverables, milestones, and communication risks

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise change and transformation communications within a complex global organization
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic generalist across multiple functions and regions
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in high-volume, high-ambiguity environments
• Experience coordinating across geographies and cultures with sensitivity to regional nuances
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and program management
