Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Consultant will work remotely with clients to implement and operate Unison software products through tasks such as requirements analysis, system configuration, and post-implementation support, while ensuring project goals are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Provide implementation and integration tasks including requirements analysis, business process analysis, and training
• Deliver high-quality advisory and support services to government contractors to ensure successful operation of Unison's product suite
• Interact with senior client leadership to define project goals and manage issues and risks effectively

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in software implementation, integration, or support
• Prior consulting or training experience, preferably with a top consulting firm
• Strong client relationship skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Business experience in government contractor functions such as proposal management or procurement is preferable
