Job Summary

Focusing on customer success, the hybrid Consultant will implement workforce management solutions, configure systems, conduct testing, and deliver training to clients in Bangalore or Pune, India.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, managing customer expectations throughout the process
• Facilitate discovery sessions and develop a Solution Blueprint in collaboration with senior consultants and solution architects
• Provide configuration reviews and deliver live customer training to enhance system usage and adoption

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementing software or configuring workforce management solutions
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries to understand labor challenges
• Demonstrated ability to align customer expectations with project timelines to meet KPIs
• Polished English communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Technical focus with analytical skills to translate customer requirements into actionable software configurations
