Job Summary

Engaging with stakeholders to drive project execution, the full-time Consultant will lead workstreams, create client deliverables, and support end-to-end implementation engagements in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and support project execution by engaging with stakeholders and providing structured solutions
• Lead workstreams, facilitating client interviews and workshops, and developing clear insights and recommendations
• Contribute to project governance and maintain relationships with clients and vendors while supporting business evolution initiatives

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience at a recognized firm or in-house at a leading financial institution
• Exposure to major investment management platforms, preferably SimCorp One/Dimension
• Understanding of front and middle office workflows in investment management
• Familiarity with investment products and asset classes, including Equities and Fixed Income
• Foundational knowledge of project management practices and organizational change management concepts
