Consultant, Advanced Experience Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Advanced Experience Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads complex experience analytics projects to improve customer experience and loyalty
• Develops and implements advanced predictive models and journey analytics using various data sources
• Provides consultative thought leadership to stakeholders by translating insights into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, behavioral science, actuarial science, engineering, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• Eight to ten years of experience in analytics roles, with at least three years in customer experience or marketing analytics
• Deep knowledge of behavioral science principles and advanced analytics methodologies
• Proficiency in statistical and machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
