Job Summary
Driving client engagement as a full-time Consultant in Commercial Operations, the role focuses on onboarding, supporting, and nurturing customer relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or SF Bay Area setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and facilitating product education and support
- Drive customer onboarding and technical implementation processes, managing complex asset and market integrations
- Conduct technical analyses using internal/external APIs and large timeseries datasets, while providing feedback to enhance product development
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technical domains and drive complex technical integrations
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and BI tools such as Tableau; familiarity with Python and API-based tools is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with energy markets, trading, or infrastructure financing is a plus
