Consultant, Daily Valuation Accounting

Job Summary

Supporting a growing daily valuation services practice, the full-time Consultant, Daily Valuation & NAV Accounting will collaborate with institutional real estate clients and internal teams to manage NAV calculations, coordinate valuation updates, and analyze material events, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily valuation and NAV calculations by reviewing financial data and ensuring accurate reporting
• Coordinate valuation updates with appraisers and stakeholders to track changes affecting NAV calculations
• Analyze material events impacting valuations and incorporate relevant information into daily processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in accounting, financial analysis, and commercial real estate
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and variance analysis
• Familiarity with accounting or financial systems, with experience in platforms like Yardi or MRI preferred
• Project management skills to handle multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
• Ability to build relationships and communicate complex information clearly with diverse stakeholders
