Consultant Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a consultant network, the full-time remote Consultant Engagement Manager will manage candidate sourcing, outreach, and engagement while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.

Key responsibilities

• Support consultant pipeline growth through sourcing, outreach, and relationship management
• Coordinate candidate submission materials and engage with shortlisted candidates for active job opportunities
• Maintain ongoing communication with consultants to track availability and readiness for placement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition
• Experience in candidate sourcing, outreach, or pipeline development activities
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Prior experience in healthcare, staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition environments preferred
• Proficiency in core enterprise systems such as O365, HubSpot, and Workday
