Consultant Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Driving pipeline development and strengthening consultant relationships, the full-time remote Consultant Engagement Manager will manage candidate sourcing, outreach, and engagement to enhance the consultant experience and support organizational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Support consultant pipeline growth through proactive sourcing, outreach, and re-engagement efforts
- Coordinate candidate submission materials and maintain ongoing communication to ensure placement readiness
- Maintain recruiting data integrity while representing the company's culture in all candidate interactions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition
- Experience in candidate sourcing, outreach, or pipeline development activities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Prior experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruiting environments preferred
- Proficiency in core enterprise systems such as O365, HubSpot, and Workday
