Job Summary

To support a growing AI training initiative, the part-time Consultant for AI Training will create realistic consulting project environments, design structured tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect actual consulting work
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards for training and calibrating an AI grading system

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• Independent, self-directed working style
• Clear written English proficiency (B2+)
