Consultant for Managed Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant (Managed Application Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts, overseeing support tickets and user account management
• Develop and modify workflows, business rules, and automations while configuring system issues and creating reports
• Provide proactive guidance on client-led testing and escalate advanced troubleshooting items as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform
• Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration
• Experience supporting highly technical and complex enterprise information systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution
