Job Summary
A company is looking for a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Engagement of Individual Consultants for Reference Checking Support to Senior Leadership Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reference checks for candidates considered for leadership roles
- Prepare and submit detailed and confidential reports summarizing feedback from reference checks
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality and organizational branding guidelines during the reference checking process
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relevant social sciences field
- At least five years of progressive experience in human resources management, particularly in recruitment and performance management
- Recognized professional certification in HRM is highly desirable
- Familiarity with UN entities is an advantage
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high sense of responsibility and discretion
