Consultant II, Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

To enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness for skilled nursing and long-term care organizations, the full-time Consultant II, Revenue Cycle will independently manage client engagements, lead business development efforts, and implement process improvements while providing exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop tailored solutions to improve SNF revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of SNF revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, and denials management
• Monitor industry regulations and recommend operational responses to reimbursement methodologies impacting skilled nursing providers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute revenue cycle operations
• Strong knowledge of SNF reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience analyzing and optimizing revenue cycle workflows and financial performance
• Knowledge of revenue cycle key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis
• Experience with SNF electronic health record (EHR) and revenue cycle management systems
