Consultant in Professional Services

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Consultant in Professional Services, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of accounting and assurance solutions, manage client relationships, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring high-quality delivery and project success.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training
• Act as the primary solution authority for client engagements, optimizing accounting workflows and ensuring compliance with standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance service delivery methodologies while supporting pre-sales activities

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm
• Experience in software implementations, including requirements gathering and go-live support
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight
• Strong mentoring skills and experience contributing to team development
• Excellent documentation and facilitation skills in a professional services context
