Job Summary

To enhance consultant engagement and retention, the full-time remote Consultant Partner Director will manage consultant relationships post-placement, ensuring performance and alignment with client needs while fostering a strong community connection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consultant relationships through ongoing engagement, coaching, and retention support
• Ensure consultant continuity and client alignment by partnering with teams for delivery success and addressing evolving client needs
• Proactively communicate and support consultant performance and engagement risks, incorporating feedback for improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced healthcare staffing or talent acquisition environment
• Familiarity with Epic and Epic-related staffing needs within healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting processes
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience using ATS platforms and proficiency in core systems like O365 and Workday
