Consultant Partner Director

Job Summary

To foster long-term partnerships and ensure consultant success, the full-time remote Consultant Partner Director will manage consultant engagement, continuity, and performance while collaborating with client partnership teams to drive retention and alignment with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consultant relationships post-placement through ongoing engagement, coaching, and support for retention and redeployment
• Partner with client and strategic services teams to ensure delivery success and address evolving client needs
• Conduct performance management conversations, balancing care for consultants with accountability for outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, customer success, or account management within a fast-paced healthcare IT environment
• Familiarity with Epic and related staffing needs in healthcare organizations
• Proven track record managing high-volume portfolios with accountability for outcomes
• Experience navigating performance conversations and managing difficult client relationships
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders
