Consultant Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter Consultant to support talent acquisition for federal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates, sharing insights and recommendations with the team
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain a recruitment tracker for candidate progress
• Negotiate salary expectations and benefits with preferred candidates, and submit weekly activity summaries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in federal contracting or government environments
• Experience supporting civilian federal agencies such as DFC, State, or USAID
• Proven ability to recruit for mid- to senior-level professional and technical roles
• Experience in proposal-driven recruiting efforts for pipeline development
• Strong sourcing capability, including engagement of passive candidates
