• Educate consultants on the company's capabilities and maintain updated consultant databases for lead generation
• Develop growth plans to penetrate the market and enhance relationships with consulting and brokerage offices

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience with benefit and HR consultants and enterprise clients
• Established relationships with leading benefits and HR consulting firms across various industries
• Proven success in driving sales through understanding enterprise client perspectives
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic business setting
